- Fushimi Inari Taisha: Although well-known, exploring the lesser-visited trails beyond the main torii gates reveals tranquil spots where the play of light and shadow creates dynamic visual narratives.

- Philosopher's Path: This scenic walk along the canal is especially beautiful as the cherry trees start to transition into their autumn colors, providing a serene backdrop for reflective storytelling.

In our latest project, I delve into the juxtaposition of Kyoto's historical landmarks and its modern urban landscape. Through our lenses, I aim to highlight the city's seamless blend of past and present. This project has taken us from the tranquil temples of Nanzen-ji to the charming streets of Higashiyama, each location offering its own unique narrative.

Our commitment to using both digital and film formats allows us to explore different textures and moods, enhancing the storytelling process. The grainy allure of 16mm film adds a nostalgic touch to our footage, evoking a sense of timelessness, while our digital captures bring out the vibrant details of the present moment.
